Please note that your booking request is not confirmed until notified by email from the Booking Secretary. Do not make any payment until an invoice is received from our Treasurer.
When you complete the form below to submit a booking request or enquiry, you’ll be asked to confirm that you understand and accept the Holcot Village Hall Association’s TERMS & CONDITIONS of Hire.
