Holcot Village Hall – Make a Booking Request or Enquiry

RESIDENT REQUESTS

Booking requests of all types are invited from residents of Holcot.

NON-RESIDENT AND BUSINESS REQUESTS

Non-residents and businesses are invited to complete booking requests to hire the village hall for individual events between 07:00 and 18:00, subject to consideration by the Holcot Village Hall Association Committee. The Committee regrets that non-resident and business booking requests for individual evening events will not be accepted.

GROUP/REGULAR BOOKINGS

We invite booking requests in both daytime and evenings from non-residents as well as residents (e.g. Fitness classes, musicians, hobby groups, dance classes etc.). These requests must be for a minimum of 12 sessions per year

Please use this page to make a booking at Holcot Village Hall. The information you enter below is emailed to the Booking Secretary who will be in touch by email (or telephone if necessary). You can also use this form to enquire about specific availability.

Please note that your booking request is not confirmed until notified by email from the Booking Secretary. Do not make any payment until an invoice is received from our Treasurer.

All Booking Requests (and general enquiries for availability) are managed by the use of this form. Requests and enquiries will normally be responded to within two to three working days. We encourage the use of completed Booking Requests rather than the use of email as utilising email may result in a delay in receiving our response.

Please be assured that confirmed bookings will be accompanied by a contact phone number should you have any problems close to your hire date.
